Returns & Exchanges Policy

Vin Hair Vendor is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality Vietnamese raw virgin human hair products and the best possible shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The customer must have received their order within 3 days.
• The customer must provide a valid reason for the return or exchange.
• The customer must provide proof of purchase.

• Manufacturer mistakes: If the product is defective or does not match the description on our website, Vin Hair Vendor will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
• Customer mistakes: If the customer ordered the wrong product or is not satisfied with the product for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return or exchange.

To return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
3. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
4. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange.

If you are requesting a refund, we will refund your purchase price minus the shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship you a replacement product at no additional charge.
