1. Requirements for returns, exchanges and refunds

If the hair you receive is not correct with the order (in color, in length, in quantity, synthetic hair mix situation…), we accept returns and refunds with specific requirements:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The customer must have received their order within 3 days.
  • The customer must provide a valid reason for the return or exchange.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase.
  • The customer must provide the video of unboxing package as proof.

2. Shipping costs

  • Manufacturer mistakes: If the product is defective or does not match the order, Vin Hair Vendor will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
  • Customer mistakes: If the customer ordered the wrong product or is not satisfied with the product for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return or exchange.

3. How to return or exchange a product

To return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
  3. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
  4. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange.

4. Refunds

If you are requesting a refund, we will refund your purchase price minus the shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

5. Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship you a replacement product at no additional charge.

In use time, please follow all our directions to use the hair in best way. Connect with Sale representative for more information. Any damage in use that cause from incorrect care can be no return and refund.

In case you don’t like the any other things in the hair, we accept you return and refund within 30 days from the day you receive for all the hair no used, still in good situation with return cost on buyer.
