1. Order Process
> Step 1: Visit our website and select your products.
Browse our website and select the products you are interested in. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact our sales representatives via WhatsApp at (+84)362123222.
> Step 2: Send us your order details.
Once you have selected your products, send us a detailed order on WhatsApp, including:
- The name of the product(s) you wish to purchase
- The length(s), color(s), and texture(s) of the product(s)
- The quantity of each product
> Step 3: Confirm your order and pay the deposit.
We will send you an order confirmation and invoice for your review. Once you have confirmed and accepted the invoice, please pay the required deposit (about 30-70%).
> Step 4: Production.
Once we receive your deposit, we will begin production of your order.
> Step 5: Quality control and final payment.
Once production is complete, we will schedule a video call with you to verify the amount and quality of hair in your order. Only if you are happy with your order will we pack and ship it.
> Step 6: Shipping.
We will package your order appropriately before sending it to the logistics providers.
